Terms & Conditions (T&C)

  1. Commission applies to all referral invoices (Setup Fees + Renewals).
  2. Tiers are determined by your total "Active Projects".
  3. "Active Projects" means projects with paid invoice activity within the current calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
  4. This referral commission only applies to: BUSINESS AUTOMATION, APP DEVELOPMENT, WEBSITE DESIGN, and TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Other services are not included.

Partner Protocol (FAQ)

Do I need to sign up or fill out an application? +
No. We skip the bureaucracy. Just introduce a lead via WhatsApp. Once they pay their first invoice, you are officially a partner and your commission is triggered.
How do I get paid? +
Direct Bank Transfer. As soon as the client clears their invoice, we process your payout. No monthly waiting cycles.
Is the commission only for the first payment? +
No. It is recurring. You get your percentage on the initial Setup Fee and every year they renew their Care Fee.
Does my rate increase for old projects if I get a new one? +
Yes. Your tier is based on Annual Active Projects (1/2/3+). If you bring in a 3rd annual active project, your commission rate for all upcoming invoices moves to 15%.
What if my last project was a long time ago? +
It will not be counted as an active project. Projects without paid invoice activity in the last 12 months are treated as inactive for tier calculation.
Who handles the client after the sale? +
We do. You are the Connector, not the Support Team. App Factory handles all technical delivery, hosting, and troubleshooting. You stay in the WhatsApp group only to see the progress and ensure transparency.
What if the client asks for a discount? +
We provide standard industrial pricing. If a discount is given to the client, the commission is calculated based on the final invoiced amount.
